We are a small family run hotel which prides itself on being clean, friendly and providing a great locational base for whatever your reasons for staying in the UK's number 1 holiday resort. Our main customer base is for families and couples, however we may take small groups although we have a strict age policy of over 25s with groups. We also offer airport stopovers with 1 free transfer to or from Blackpool Airport. Golfing breaks can also be arranged with free transport to local courses provided. The Leecliff is located within easy walking distance of all Blackpool's famous attractions - the piers and promenade, Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre and the town centre shops, markets, pubs and clubs. The Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle can be reached by a short ride along the seafront on one of Blackpool's famous trams. The zoo and Dinosaur Safari Park are a short drive or a walk through the delightful Stanley Park. The Leecliff has 9 bedrooms, including En-suite family rooms. All rooms have hot and cold water, TVs and tea/coffee facilities. Private  Shower facilities are also available.

During the season Easter – November Parking is allowed on Palatine Rd after 5.30p.m. and all day Sunday, with a pay and display car park within 2 mins walk from the hotel, with very reasonable tariffs.

During the low season Nov- Easter unlimited parking is free on palatine road.

Room types

Accommodation at the Leecliff consists of en-suite single, double and family rooms.  There is also one large standard family room  which can sleep up to 2 adults and three children, with room for a travel cot.

All rooms have tea/coffee facilities, Colour TVs

All rooms are central heated

Rooms can be booked on a bed and breakfast basis or room only. Evening meals can be booked as part of a package deal or by giving prior notice on the morning of your stay.£8 adult for 3 course meal including tea or coffee £4 per child

Bar snacks can be purchased up to mid evening.

Tariffs

Prices start from £15 per night per person low season and £40 per night for a family room.

Prices will vary according to season , room type and duration of stay.

The Leecliff is a licensed hotel that carries a non smoking policy.
